On that note, remember the general premise of "A Funny Thing Happened On the Way To Tartarus"? Just a nice long PWP, light on the plot, heavy on the sex? Well, reverse that for this story. There's nothing bright and cheery about this one and if there's any actual sex I'd be surprised.
Once again, just fyi: in my little world here, there's certain eps of H:tLJ that never happened. That includes, the "Hind Trilogy", "The End Of the Beginning", the "Armageddon Now" two-parter, and the entire 5th season. Strife never died. Iolaus never died. And no one's ever heard of Dahok. However, simply because it's convenient for me, I'm accepting that most of the fourth season of Xena happened -- except anything that had direct reference to Dahok of course.
Also, I'm rather pleased with the fifth season of Xena so far so I'll be incorporating that at times, and a few things from eps of the last season of Hercules. I'll make note of the spoilers for the eps when I do.
